Terms of Service

Welcome to Qivioo. These Terms of Service explain your rights and responsibilities when using our platform. By creating an account or using Qivioo in any way, you agree to these Terms — so please take a few minutes to read them.

If you have any questions, we are always reachable at hey@qivioo.com.

1. What Qivioo Is

Qivioo is an online platform that helps merchants create storefronts, share product links, accept payments, and manage orders. We are based in Muscat, Oman.

2. Who Can Use Qivioo

To use Qivioo, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you have the authority to do so

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

If we detect a violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform, we may suspend or terminate your account. We will act fairly and, where possible, notify you before doing so.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Qivioo subscription billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their billing and renewal processes. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a billing error on our part — see our Refund Policy for details.

Payments in your store are processed through the payment provider you connect — Stripe, PayPal, or Tap Payments. You are responsible for creating and maintaining your own account with your chosen provider and for complying with their terms and fee structures.

Qivioo does not charge additional transaction fees on top of your subscription, and we do not store or handle any of your customers' payment information.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Store Owner

Running a store on Qivioo means you are running a business. You agree to:

  • Sell only lawful products and services

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and store policies

  • Fulfil orders placed through your store

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations in your country or region

You are fully responsible for your business operations, customer relationships, and any disputes that arise between you and your customers. Qivioo is the platform — you are the merchant.

6. What You Cannot Use Qivioo For

To keep the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone, the following are not permitted:

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity of any kind

  • Selling prohibited items — including weapons, controlled substances, or counterfeit goods

  • Disrupting, abusing, or attempting to compromise the platform — including spamming, scraping, or hacking

  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice where immediate action is necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

Qivioo owns all rights to the platform — including its design, features, branding, and underlying software.

You own the content you upload to your store. By uploading it, you grant Qivioo a limited licence to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating your store and providing the service to you.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Qivioo reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time — and when possible, we will give you advance notice of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qivioo is not liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of the platform — including loss of revenue, customers, data, or business opportunities.

Your use of Qivioo is at your own risk. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to Qivioo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Certain regions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability in all circumstances, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You can stop using Qivioo and close your account at any time from your account settings — no forms, no waiting.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk of legal harm. Upon termination, access to your store and its data may be disabled.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Qivioo after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
