Refund Policy

At Qivioo, we want you to feel confident before you commit. That is why we offer a free plan — so you can explore the platform, set up your store, and get a real feel for how everything works before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds on subscription payments.


Free Plan First

Before upgrading, every Qivioo user has access to a free plan with no time limit. We encourage you to use it. Try the features, add your products, and make sure Qivioo is the right fit for your business — all before spending a single fils.


Upgrading and Downgrading

You are never locked in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No forms, no waiting, no awkward cancellation calls. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.


Exceptions

We understand that sometimes things go wrong on our end. If you were charged due to a billing error — such as being charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged for a plan you did not select — please reach out and we will make it right.

To request a review, email us at hey@qivioo.com with your account details and a brief description of the issue. We will respond promptly and resolve it fairly.
