Getting Started
Do I need any technical experience to use Qivioo? Not at all. Qivioo was built specifically for people who want to sell online without dealing with complicated software. If you can fill out a form and upload a photo, you can set up your store.
How long does it take to get my store up and running? Most stores are ready in under an hour. Sign up, add your products, connect your payment account, and you are ready to start selling. There is no lengthy approval process or technical setup required.
Do I need to register a business to use Qivioo? No. Whether you are selling homemade products from your kitchen or running a growing side business, you can get started as an individual. You do not need a trade license or a company registration to open a store.
Can I use Qivioo to sell services, not just products? Yes. Qivioo supports both physical products and services. If you offer home cleaning, tutoring, design work, or anything else — you can list it, share your store link, and accept payments just the same.
What happens after I sign up? You will be guided through setting up your store step by step — adding your store name, uploading products, and connecting a payment method. Once that is done, you get a shareable store link you can send to customers right away.
Payments & Gateways
What payment methods does Qivioo support? Qivioo integrates with Stripe, PayPal, and Tap Payments. Tap Payments is especially useful if you are based in Oman or the wider Gulf region, as it supports local payment methods and currencies.
Does Qivioo charge extra fees on my sales? No. Qivioo does not take a cut of your revenue or charge transaction fees on top of your subscription. The only fees you pay are the standard processing fees charged directly by your payment provider — and those go to them, not us.
Is my customers' payment information secure? Yes. Qivioo does not store any card details. All payments are processed securely through your chosen payment provider, which handles encryption and compliance. We never see or touch your customers' financial information.
Can I use my existing payment account? Yes. If you already have a Stripe or PayPal account, you can connect it directly to your Qivioo store. There is no need to open a new account unless you want to.
How do I receive my money? Payouts are handled entirely by your payment provider — Stripe, PayPal, or Tap Payments — according to their standard payout schedule. Qivioo does not hold or delay your funds at any point.
