Privacy Policy
At Qivioo, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We have written this in plain language because privacy should not require a law degree to understand.
By using Qivioo, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone who visits, signs up for, or uses Qivioo — including anyone who contacts us with questions or enquiries. When we say "you" or "customer", we mean you.

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data responsibly and only for the purposes we specify.
Legitimate Interests
In certain situations permitted by law, we may process your data without explicit consent where we have a legitimate interest in doing so — for example, to detect fraud, prevent platform abuse, or maintain the security and integrity of our systems. We will never do this in a way that overrides your rights or causes you harm.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary — to provide our services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
How We Protect Your Data
We take security seriously. Our measures include:
Strict access controls and authentication
Encryption of sensitive data where appropriate
Collection of only the minimum data required
Regular maintenance, updates, and security reviews
No system is completely immune to risk, but we continuously improve our practices to keep your data safe.

You are in control of your data. You have the right to:
Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Withdrawal of consent — Withdraw your consent for us to use your data at any time. Note that doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of Qivioo. We will notify you of any impact before proceeding.
